Creating a Christmas experience
As kids, we loved it when we got to go and see Santa at the local shopping centre, share what we wanted for Christmas and that feeling of joy when you walked away. As parents, we want to re-create those memories with our kids, capturing the moment with a photo!
As the Christmas season approaches, we are looking for energetic, hard-working, customer-focused individuals to join our Santa Photography division as Multi-site Retail Managers in various locations throughout the country.
These critical positions will see successful candidates delivering the 'Magic' of Christmas for children and families by effective management of their site teams and promoting a positive work environment,
Opportunities currently exist in:
- South Central (Bankstown/ Bondi/ Marickville)
- Northern Beaches (St Ives/Warringah/Macquarie)
- ACT
- Auckland (NZ)
The successful candidates will be required to manage and oversee up to 7 outlets in their designated area. You will be responsible for staff training and management. Overseeing the operation of your outlets, you will respond to customer feedback and develop and implement solutions to difficulties as they arise.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the efficient operation of all Santa Sets and Events in your area
- Recruitment and training of staff at all levels, including shortlisting, screening, interviewing and reference checking;
- Setting and maintaining customer service standards;
- Ensuring all employees are adhering to Scene to Believe's policies and procedures;
- Supporting Set Managers in the day-to-day operations of their sites; and
- Support and management of site teams.
Please note these are short term, seasonal contract roles.
The 'Magic' you’ll bring
While candidates with leadership experience in a customer-facing, hospitality, retail or events background are preferred, this is not essential. More important will be the attitude you bring with you.
Customer obsessed, you can quickly create and maintain relationships with a diverse range of individuals. Your strong time management skills will enable you to plan the effective management of your sites, and you will combine this with analytical and problem-solving skills to assist your team in creating magical and memorable experiences for all.
You will be driven to create a healthy business environment within your sites and see the achievable KPIs set as only an initial measure of a site's performance.
Most importantly, you will understand the 'Magic' of Christmas and how the memories created as a child can last a lifetime.
